Donna Catalfio

General Counsel

In a career dedicated to the practice of law that spans nearly 20 years, ARS General Counsel Donna Catalfio has provided legal counsel to businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Her experience and expertise extend across multiple areas of law, including litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, franchising, regulatory compliance and employment. Before joining ARS, Donna served as general counsel and chief operations officer at Re-Bath, and has been a partner at several law firms, including Gallagher & Kennedy, Ballard Spahr, and Bergin, Frakes, Smalley & Oberholtzer (BFSO Law).

Donna holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Louisiana State University and a juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Upon completing her law degree, she served as a Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
