Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to own our digital and social media marketing channels. As part of a growing team, you’ll be helping shape our digital brand and online presence from the ground up. You’ll be focused on bringing our new brand and value proposition to market, using thought leadership and spokesperson content.
You’ve managed multiple projects at once, worked under tight deadlines, have thick skin and an unapologetic POV, and can laugh about all of it with your colleagues at the end of the day. You have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, never shying away from a challenge or learning opportunity. You should have a desire to both collaborate and lead because you not only strive for your personal best, but also to inspire others to produce great work. What You’ll Do:- Collaborate on digital strategy and create digital content and campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and activate content for the ARS website, social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.
- Utilize software to create landing pages, lead generation forms, etc.
- Manage the website
- Analyze performance and test data with GA4, Vimeo, and LinkedIn analytics to report on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and recommend campaign improvement, and optimization.
- Manage marketing database, email lists, providing segmentation work as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR or related field.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media platforms. LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter are preferred.
- Experience working with WordPress
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media platforms.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Ability to produce insightful marketing reports.
- A love for learning and creative thinking.
- A self-disciplined leader by nature.
- A die-hard work ethic and the ability to work—fast—in a team environment. Should be comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines.
- Insane attention to detail and efficiency. In other words, huge pride in (almost) error-free work.
- Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning you are willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible with your day-to-day tasks.
- Experience working with HubSpot and/or Google Ads.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages/web pages and user funnels.
- Display advertising experience, including setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Experience managing the logistics of webinar invitations, webinars, and attendee data.
